Browsing the Ad Listings:
There are several ways you can browse the ad listings on Garagesale.com.
Browsing by Zip Code:

The easiest, quickest and perhaps most popular way to browse is using a 5 digit Zip Code. On the left menu of the Garagesale.com front page there is a box called "Neighborhood Search". The first input box allows you to enter a 5 Digit Zip Code and will automatically search within a 25 mile radius of that Zip Code. Just enter the Zip Code and click the "GO!" button.

There is also a Zip Code search on the Search page which allows you to specify the Zip Code and the Radius.
Browsing by State:

Sometimes you will want to search your entire State for ad listings and you can do this by selecting the State from the pull down menu on the left side of the Garagesale.com front page within the "Neighborhood Search" box just above "Enhanced Search". Just select your State and click the "Go!" button.

Another way to search by State is to click on the "Garagesales by State" link in the center top area of our front page. This will bring you to a page which lists every State alphabetically. *Your State may actually appear on our front page and you could click on that link too!

There is also a State search on the Search page.
Browsing by Keyword(s):

A great way to search for a specific item is to use the Keyword(s) search. In the upper right section of our front page (or any of the Category pages) you will see a pull down menu where you would select "Search All Words" to insure all your Keywords are found or "Search Any Words" to look for any Keywords you enter. Make your choice and then enter your word or words in the input box. You can click the "GO!" button and it will search the titles for your Keyword(s). If you check off the little box next to "Search Titles AND Description" it will take longer but it will search the descriptions of the listings as well! (If you are in a Category page you will have the option of checking only in that Category or all Categories as well)

There is also a Keyword(s) search on the Search page. If you use the Keyword(s) search from the Search page you can specify to search only Premiere or only Featured ad listings.
Browsing by Username:

If you know the Username of the person who posted the ad listing you can search for it, or other ad listings they posted by using the Username search on the Search page.
Browsing by Ad Listing #:

Each listing has an Ad Listing # which appears in the upper right corner of the listing. You can write this number down and pass it along to a friend or search for it later. The Ad Listing # search can be found on the Search page.
Search Page:
The Search page contains all of the ways you can search listings on Garagesale.com in one convenient location. Just click the "Search" links on the top or left menus.
What is MyAccount?:
Anything you want to do with your account from changing your password, your personal information, managing your ad listings and checking on your payment history can be done in the MyAccount area of Garagesale.com.
How do I Register?:
You can click on the "sign-in", "Login/Register", or any "Register" or "Login" links on Garagesale.com usually located at the very top or bottom of the page. Now click on the "clicking here" link for registration above the Username and Password form. Follow the instructions and a password will be provided, you're all set! If you have trouble registering please contact us at info@garagesale.com.
How do I Login/Sign-in?:
You can click on the "sign-in", "Login/Register", or any "Login" links on Garagesale.com usually located at the very top or bottom of the page. When you are successfully logged in you will see your username appear at the top right of the website instead of "You are not logged in".
How do I get back to the Home page?:
Click on the "Home" link on the top, bottom or left menus.
