Founded in 1985, Wurtec set its sights on providing quality products to the Vertical Transportation Industry at a competitive price.
In our early years we concentrated solely on the design, manufacture and distribution of hard to find installation and service tools.
In the early 90's, we purchased equipment from several different companies allowing us to become more diverse manufacturers.
We presented our line of ADA telephones and intercom systems to the elevator industry in 1992.
More recently, we have introduced our custom manufacturing capabilities and our line of U.L./C.S.A. approved wireway.
